At All Things Kink, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely, discreetly, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your purchases. Please read it carefully to understand what to expect.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak times (e.g., holidays, launches, or events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and priority shipping options for domestic and international orders. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, customs procedures, and carrier performance.
Within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. For faster delivery, priority shipping is available and usually arrives within 3–5 business days of shipment.
International orders are shipped to select countries and generally arrive within 10–21 business days, though delays can occur due to customs clearance or local postal services. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- The United States and U.S. territories
- Canada
- Select countries in Europe and Australia (see checkout for full list)
If your country is not listed at checkout, we apologize — we may not be able to ship to your location at this time. We’re working to expand our reach.
4. Shipping Costs

U.S. Orders:
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Flat-rate shipping for orders under $75 (calculated at checkout)

- Rates calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service
- Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees required by their country
We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
5. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Return labels show only the business name “All Things Kink” or a neutral fulfillment partner name, depending on the carrier.
Your privacy and comfort are our priority.
6. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Click the link to follow your package in real time. If your tracking isn’t updating, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage and packaging to support@allthingskink.com within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Undelivered/Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
8. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after ordering — we may be able to help before it ships.
