At All Things Kink, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.

 

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unworn, and unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Due to the intimate nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, blindfolds, or wearable items that come into direct contact with the body (unless defective)
  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, printable guides, online courses)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will always be accepted for return or replacement — no exceptions.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@allthingskink.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return
  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if approved, a return authorization

Please do not ship your item back without prior approval.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item
 

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the credit.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship the new item as soon as your return is processed. If the item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss options.
 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize — and we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a return at no cost to you and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
